Registration (prior to June 6, 2025 at Noon) is $80. After June 6, 2025 at Noon, registration will be $100 per attendee.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing to Eric Hotchkiss, SUNYRLHA Treasurer at [email protected]. No cancellations will be accepted or refunds given by SUNYRLHA after June 6, 2025 at Noon. Attendee cancellations before June 6, 2025 at Noon will incur a $40 processing fee. After June 6, 2025 by Noon no refunds will be given to attendees.
In the event of cancellation due to fire, strikes, weather, war, terrorism, illness, labor disputes or other events beyond the control of SUNY Residence Life and Housing Administrators, Inc., their partners, and/or agents shall not be held liable for failure to hold the meeting or associated events.
This includes: Monday: reception, Tuesday: continental breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. Wednesday: continental breakfast.
