Vendor Fair Information:

The Vendor Fair will be held from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Thursday February 13th.  Lunch will be served for vendors that day from Noon to 1:00pm. Check in and setup for the vendor fair will begin at 9:00am.  Due to other events, we are not able to accommodate early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations must be in writing to Eric Hotchkiss, SUNYRLHA Treasurer at [email protected].  No cancellations will be accepted or refunds given by SUNYRLHA after Monday January 13, 2025 at NOON.  Vendor cancellations before January 13, 2025 at NOON will incur a $200 processing fee.  After Monday January 13, 2025 at NOON, no refunds will be given to vendors. 

In the event of cancellation due to fire, strikes, weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes or other events beyond the control of SUNYRLHA, their partners, and/or agents shall not be held liable for failure to hold the meeting or associated events.

    Invitation to present on a topic in Higher Education at a meeting during the year (meetings take place usually in February, June, and September)
    Access to attendee list of February Conference (Name, Title, Institution, Email)
    Three tickets to the reception and dinner Thursday night

    Three tickets to the lunch prior to the Vendor Fair
    Sponsor Recognition on the February Conference Program
    Company Logo placed on sign at group meetings during the February Conference
