SUNY Residence Life and Housing Administrators is pleased to announce the 2025 Annual Conference will be held February 12- February 14, 2025 at Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, NY. Pricing:

Early Bird Registration (prior to January 13, 2025 @ Noon), first time attendee (This is for FIRST TIME ATTENDEES to a SUNYRLHA meeting ONLY) pricing is $200 per registrant and $225 for general registration. After January 13, 2025 @ Noon, registration (no matter status) will be $250 per attendee.

Hotel Information

A hotel block has been reserved at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, for a Hotel Standard.  Reservations should be made by calling 1-800-771-7711 by Friday, January 31, 2025.  To ensure attendees receive the group rate of $145 per night, attendees should identify themselves with the SUNY Residence Life & Housing Administrators Conference room block. Attendees are reminded to bring their tax-exempt paperwork and provide that to Turning Stone at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations must be in writing to Eric Hotchkiss, SUNYRLHA Treasurer at [email protected].  No cancellations will be accepted, or refunds given by SUNYRLHA after Monday January 13, 2025 at NOON.  Attendee cancellations before January 13, 2025 will incur a $50 processing fee.  After Monday January 13, 2025 at Noon, no refunds will be given to attendees. 

In the event of cancellation due to fire, strikes, weather, war, terrorism, illness, labor disputes or other events beyond the control of SUNYRLHA, their partners, and/or agents shall not be held liable for failure to hold the meeting or associated events.
