SUNY Residence Life and Housing Administrators is pleased to announce the 2025 Annual Fall Conference will be held September 29 - October 1, 2025 at SUNY System Administration Building in Albany, NY. Pricing
Early Bird Registration (prior to August 30, 2025 @ Noon is $80. After August 30, 2025 @ Noon, registration will be $100 per attendee.

The cutoff for reservations in the room block is August 29, 2025.

Rooms are $117 per night, and $15 per car per night for parking.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing to Eric Hotchkiss, SUNYRLHA Treasurer at [email protected]. No cancellations will be accepted or refunds given by SUNYRLHA after August 30, 2025 @ Noon. Attendee cancellations before August 30, 2025 will incur a $40 processing fee. After August 30, 2025 @ Noon, no refunds will be given to attendees.
In the event of cancellation due to fire, strikes, weather, war, terrorism, illness, labor disputes or other events beyond the control of SUNYRLHA, their partners, and/or agents shall not be held liable for failure to hold the meeting or associated events.
